- Translating strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans, milestones, budgets and measurable outcomes.
- Building strong partnerships across local government, education, health, youth justice and voluntary sector organisations.
- Coordinating the development of community-based youth hubs, including buildings, accessibility and operational readiness.
- Leading stakeholder consultation, engagement and co-design activities, ensuring young people have a meaningful voice in shaping services.
- Establishing effective programme governance, risk management, financial oversight and performance reporting.
- Identifying funding opportunities, supporting sustainability planning and ensuring value for money.
- Preparing reports, briefings and recommendations for senior leadership teams and governance boards.
- Monitoring programme progress and ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed priorities and outcomes.
