Programme Manager – Data Migration
Lead complex data migrations. Shape delivery. Make change happen.
We are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager to lead high-profile, technology-enabled data migration programmes across Life and Pensions. You will take ownership from mobilisation through cutover and go-live, bringing structure, pace and confidence to complex, multi-workstream delivery.
What you’ll do
- Lead migration strategy, planning, governance and execution
- Direct data quality, reconciliation, testing, cutover and dual-running activities
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and third-party suppliers
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Guide multidisciplinary teams through critical delivery milestones
What you’ll bring
- A strong track record leading complex data migration or transformation programmes
- Excellent programme governance, commercial management and stakeholder leadership
- Experience delivering in regulated Life, Pensions, Investments or Insurance environments (essential)
- A calm, pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach to complex delivery
