Aws Cloud Architect - AWS Golden Jacket Holder

Role & responsibilities

• The AWS Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, building, and operating secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure AWS solutions.
• Manage AWS IaaS, PaaS and Data Environment services.
• Lead, design, drive and plan cloud migration initiatives.
• Design secure networking using VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, VPN and PrivateLink.
• Develop IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
• Implement AWS Landing Zones and governance frameworks.
• Deploy and Support CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Implement monitoring using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and AWS Config.
• Drive cloud cost optimization.
• Create architecture documentation and standards.
• Lead discussions with customers and other stakeholders for Architecture, design and deployment
• Sound knowledge and experience on
• Amazon Bedrock
• Amazon SageMaker
• Amazon Q
• AI governance and platform architecture

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years overall IT experience and 5+ years AWS architecture experience.
• Strong experience with EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, Lambda, IAM, Route53, CloudFront and AWS Organizations.
• Expertise in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with DevOps, security, governance and migration programs.
