**Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM (AI Data)

Global M is partnering with a fast-growing AI data startup looking to scale its US sales team for the next stage of growth.
We’re looking for someone who has helped scale early-stage companies at Series A, ideally building out founding sales teams and hiring high-performing SDRs and AEs.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale SDR and AE teams across the US
- Partner directly with founders and sales leadership
- Own end-to-end GTM recruitment
- Shape hiring strategy for the company’s next phase of growth
What we’re looking for
- 4–5+ years in SaaS / tech sales recruitment
- Experience scaling sales teams at Series A startups
- Strong US sales talent market knowledge
- A hands-on, proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting
