About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER - CUSTOMER SERVICE will enhance and maintain systems that directly impact customer experience and internal support functions. This role is pivotal for improving workflows, solving technical challenges affecting users, and ensuring the reliability of backend services. The position contributes by delivering technical solutions that streamline customer interactions and support the organization’s operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain robust APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues
• Improve internal tools and systems used by customer support
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs affecting user experience
• Deliver projects end to end with strong ownership
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Enhance system performance and user workflows

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React, and React Native
• Proven track record in backend service implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Strong foundation in engineering principles
• Ability to work autonomously and improve existing systems
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder collaboration

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Anticipated base salary range: $180,000 to $200,000 per year
• Competitive salary plus equity package
