About the Opportunity:

The REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE plays a key role in guiding potential clients through supplemental benefit options, helping them make informed decisions that align with their needs and budgets. This role directly contributes to the organization’s mission by facilitating enrollment and supporting client engagement in a fully remote environment with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with pre-qualified warm leads to schedule virtual consultations.
• Deliver clear and engaging virtual presentations on supplemental coverage options.
• Assist clients in selecting and enrolling in appropriate benefit plans.
• Maintain professional digital communication to build trust and rapport.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with video conferencing platforms.
• Self-motivated with effective time management.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a standard state Life & Health license (support provided).

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Average first-year earnings range from $70,000 to $75,000 through commission-based pay and performance bonuses.
• Vesting schedule enables earning passive lifetime renewal income.
