Graphic Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Graphic Designers for a remote contractor role supporting an AI training project. The position involves creating, reviewing, and improving visual assets using professional design expertise. Designers will produce high-quality graphics, evaluate creative outputs, and provide actionable feedback to improve visual quality and effectiveness. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts in accordance with project guidelines.
• Review existing designs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure visual quality across creative assets.
• Document design decisions and creative processes.
• Collaborate with project teams and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Refine visual assets to improve clarity, usability, and overall impact.
• Organize design files to support efficient project handoffs.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent design tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, design principles, and current design trends.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows.
