About the Role

The company is seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes and AWS cloud deployment experience. In this role, you will translate customers’ high-level application requirements into detailed cloud infrastructure designs and implement those solutions using the company’s platform.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud architecture or DevOps, hands-on experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automation, and previous experience working at a startup. A software development background followed by a transition into DevOps or cloud infrastructure is particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level customer application requirements into detailed cloud infrastructure designs.
• Implement cloud deployment solutions using the company’s DevOps platform.
• Support Kubernetes integrations, migrations, and deployments.
• Work with AWS services and container orchestration technologies to support cloud-based applications.
• Build and maintain Docker images across technology stacks such as Python, Node.js, Java, and PHP.
• Use infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform to manage cloud environments.
• Support cloud operations, integrations, migrations, and deployment automation.
• Work with monitoring tools to help maintain application and infrastructure visibility.
• Contribute to the delivery of DevOps solutions that address customer infrastructure and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or DevOps, with an emphasis on AWS tools and services.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, and similar container orchestration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes integrations, migrations, and deployments.
• At least 3 years of experience building Docker images across one or more technology stacks, including Python, Node.js, Java, or PHP.
• Practical experience with cloud automation tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Previous startup experience is required.
• A background in software development followed by a transition into DevOps or cloud infrastructure is preferred.

• Salary Range: $140,000–$175,000 per year
