Brand Designer (Remote)

About the role

The Brand Designer develops and strengthens a B2B brand’s visual identity across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, sales materials, events, and social content. Working with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales, you will take projects from concept through execution and build visual systems that keep communications distinctive and consistent.

What you will create

• Evolve the visual identity across channels and customer touchpoints.
• Develop visual concepts and creative systems for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Design landing pages, presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, event materials, and digital and social assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, design systems, and reusable visual assets.
• Translate messaging and business priorities into clear visual concepts with cross-functional partners.
• Own projects from initial concept to final delivery, balancing creative quality with business objectives.
• Help establish creative standards and improve consistency across the organization’s design work.
• Explore creative formats, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that improve design efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience and skills

• 2-4 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, brand thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, layout, and brand systems.
• Experience applying a visual identity consistently across multiple channels and formats.
• Experience designing marketing materials such as websites, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, campaigns, or event materials.
• Ability to translate a creative brief or business objective into a clear visual direction.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution.
• Experience using or developing brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
• Experience using AI in creative work, or a genuine interest in developing AI-enabled design processes.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.

Additional experience valued

• Social content, motion graphics, video, or digital design experience.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, data, media, or technology.
