Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer data integration, data modeling, identity resolution, data segmentation, and activation to build scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Integrate customer data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Configure data streams, data mapping, data modeling, and data transformations.
  • Implement identity resolution rules to create unified customer profiles.
  • Develop audience segments and support activation across Salesforce platforms and external systems.
  • Work with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise applications to enable seamless data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot data ingestion, mapping, segmentation, and activation issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Follow Salesforce development, data governance, and security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development or the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data ingestion, data streams, data mapping, and data modeling.
  • Experience with identity resolution, unified individual profiles, and calculated insights.
  • Understanding of segmentation, audience activation, and customer data management.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
