• UK Shift: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST
• US EST Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
• Candidates must be comfortable working in either shift, depending on project requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning solutions. The candidate should have strong programming skills and practical experience building scalable, production-ready AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines for data preparation, training, validation, and inference.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications using REST APIs and microservices.
• Deploy models to cloud platforms and production environments.
• Implement model monitoring, versioning, retraining, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
• Follow best practices for testing, documentation, security, and scalability.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and production ML workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL and data processing techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
