Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative

**SpartanX Solar | ST. Louis, MO** **No Solar Experience Required | Training Provided** Looking for a way into sales without needing years of experience first?

SpartanX Solar is hiring **Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives** to help grow our Missouri market. You don’t need solar experience. We’re looking for people who are confident talking to others, willing to learn, competitive, and motivated by performance.

If you’ve worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or another people-facing environment, your experience can translate well here.

What You’ll Do

• Talk directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to residential solar
• Identify interested and qualified homeowners
• Generate appointments and sales opportunities
• Learn how to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionally
• Build your sales and communication skills through hands-on training
• Work with experienced sales leaders and consultants

No Solar Experience? That’s Okay.
