About the Role

Optimere is seeking a creative, bilingual Virtual Assistant to work remotely with a life coach. This part-time contract position focuses on social media management, client communication, onboarding and offboarding, sales support, and identifying speaking opportunities.

The ideal candidate can create engaging social media content, track performance metrics, communicate with clients, and manage tasks independently. Familiarity with Stripe, Calendly, and Kajabi is relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to increase engagement.
• Prepare weekly social media metrics and performance reports.
• Make calls to remind clients about appointments and support sales activities.
• Develop pre-qualification processes to assess potential clients.
• Coordinate 15 soul connection calls as part of the client qualification process.
• Support client onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain communication and engagement with existing clients.
• Research potential speaking opportunities and assist with their development.
• Support the promotion and sale of one-on-one coaching sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills, including English.
• Creativity in developing social media content.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and potential customers.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and performance reporting.

Employment Type and Work Arrangement

• Part-time, contract.
• Remote position.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a self-determined schedule.

Compensation

• Up to $15.00 per hour.
