📍 Location: Fully Remote – Non-local candidates welcome

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

🏢 Client: UCSF – Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to support UCSF’s HRIS team in developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions that improve employee experience and streamline HR operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Build and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify data and support AI-driven workflows.
• Integrate Amazon Connect/AWS telephony with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional IT teams.
• Ensure secure development practices, solution quality, and technical documentation.

🔹 Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience

✅ Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL

✅ Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flow automation

✅ Experience with enterprise integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft

✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices

✅ Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

🔹 Preferred Skills

⭐ Salesforce Agentforce AI and prompt templates

⭐ Salesforce Data Cloud

⭐ Amazon Connect / AWS telephony integrations

⭐ Salesforce or Agentforce certifications

⭐ Experience with Operational Data Stores (ODS)
