Founding AI Solutions Fullstack Engineer

The Opportunity

We are establishing a founding engineering team in Hyderabad and are looking for a Founding AI Solutions Fullstack Enginee r to help build it.

This is a software engineering role that sits at the intersection o f AI, product, customer systems, agentic workflows, and platform engineeri ng. You will work directly with product, AI, platform, and data teams to build the intelligent onboarding and operating system that powers our platform.

Every customer arrives with different systems, workflows, data, and operational challenges. Your job is to help design the software and AI systems that can understand those environments, reason about them, and transform them into scalable platform capabilities.

We are building agentic systems that interview customers, inspect documents, analyze operational data, interact with APIs, orchestrate workflows, generate implementation plans, and automate work that traditionally required teams of consultants and operators. The best candidates for this role enjoy solving ambiguous real-world problems and turning them into software.

What You’ll Help With

• Build AI-powered onboarding, discovery, and agentic workflow systems.
• Design AI agents that collect information, reason about business environments, interact with tools, and generate structured outputs.
• Develop software that analyzes documents, spreadsheets, APIs, and operational systems.
• Partner with AI, product, platform, and data engineers to convert customer-specific complexity into reusable platform capabilities.I
• Influence onboarding experiences, workflow automation, and future agent architecture.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering, or technical consulting.
• Very Strong Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Systems, or STEM background; master’s degree preferred.
• Comfortable working with APIs, SaaS platforms, workflow automation, data models, and AI-powered systems.
• Experience building software products, integrations, internal platforms, AI applications, or agentic systems.
• Strong systems thinker who can transform ambiguity into structured technical solutions.
• High ownership, strong product instincts, and excellent communication skills
