Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building responsive user interfaces, developing server-side applications, integrating APIs, and working with databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Build user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and application logic.
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application maintenance.
• Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python/Django, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to AI integrations, AI-powered applications, or automation solutions.
• Understanding of basic software development lifecycle practices.
