Front End Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Front End Developer based in Brazil. We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to build and enhance the client-facing features of a SaaS application, creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for users. In this fully remote, full-time role, you will contribute to the development of user-friendly applications that meet business objectives and customer needs. You will use Angular 10+ and PHP to develop, maintain, and optimize web application functionality throughout the development lifecycle. Your work will help improve usability, application performance, and the overall quality of the product. You will collaborate with a distributed team, track project progress through structured task management, and communicate effectively in an international working environment. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, working independently, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS development team.

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance client-side application features to deliver intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly experiences.
• Build and optimize web application functionality using Angular 10+ and PHP, ensuring compatibility with project requirements and technical standards.
• Participate in the full web development lifecycle, including design implementation, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot browser-related issues, identify technical defects, and implement effective solutions to improve application reliability and performance.
• Conduct browser testing and debugging to ensure consistent functionality and a high-quality user experience across supported environments.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and deliver features aligned with business and customer needs.
• Track project progress, update tasks, and communicate development status, blockers, and milestones through the designated Teamwork project management platform.
• Manage priorities effectively and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Follow established development practices and organizational values, contributing to a culture of integrity, personal accountability, and teamwork.
• Maintain reliable communication and availability during the team’s designated business hours.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred as specified in the original job description.
• At least 3 years of professional front-end development experience, including hands-on experience with Angular 10+ and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end development principles and the ability to build maintainable, user-focused web applications.
• Understanding of the complete web development lifecycle, including design implementation, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting browser compatibility issues and applying effective debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with browser testing practices and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve front-end defects.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze technical challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills, with a minimum B2 English proficiency level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to document progress and provide timely updates through project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams while demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a commitment to shared goals.
• A suitable home office or workspace equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Availability to work during the team’s designated business hours, aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (PST) and Central Time (CST), as applicable.
