AI Social Media Expert: Grow Empowered Cooks Social Presence

The opportunity:

The Empowered Cooks YouTube channel (youtube.com/@EmpoweredCooks) has 800,000+ subscribers and years of air fryer recipe videos, hosted by Cathy Yoder. I want someone who can use that video library to grow each of our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and X) and turn that growth into sales.

What you’ll do:

• Establish a baseline for every platform, then build weekly KPIs that show growth

• Set clear goals, whether that’s growing an account or generating and tracking sales and revenue

• Build and run a marketing calendar, and coordinate it with our team’s launches, promotions, and email

• Turn our YouTube videos into short clips, carousels, recipe graphics, and captions made for each platform

• Use AI every day to research trends, write hooks, edit clips, test variations, and engage our audience

• Grow and engage the community: comments, DMs, keyword DM funnels (ManyChat or similar), and turning followers into email subscribers and customers

• Find the posts that win, test new hooks and formats against them, and recommend which ones to boost with paid spend

• Set up social selling where it fits, such as TikTok Shop, Instagram and Facebook Shops, and Pinterest product pins

About us:

Empowered Cooks is an air fryer cooking brand built around the Empowered Cooks YouTube channel. We sell cookbooks, kitchen tools, digital cookbooks, an air fryer course, and the Empowered Cooks+ membership.

You’ll be a fit if you have:

• A track record of growing social accounts, with numbers you can prove

• Experience setting goals, reporting weekly, and tying social to revenue

• A hands-on AI workflow you use every day, and you keep up with new AI tools and trends

• Experience using AI to engage and grow an audience, not just to make posts

• An eye for food content and an understanding of how each platform is different

A plus if you have:

• Worked with creators or UGC and influencer partnerships

• Used social search and SEO (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to get discovered

• Run AI dubbing or translation to reach Spanish-speaking or international audiences

How you’d approach it is up to you. I want to hear which platforms you’d start with and why.

Contract to start, with room for ongoing work as results prove out.
