Customer Service/Sales Representative (Dumpster Consultant)

About Us

At Bin There Dump That, we believe renting a dumpster should be simple and friendly. We’re a locally owned, award-winning company that has built its reputation on exceptional customer service and treating every customer like a neighbor.

We’re looking for a positive, customer-focused team member to be the first voice our customers hear and help guide them through the rental process.

This is not a call center position. You’ll build relationships with customers, solve problems, and help homeowners and contractors find the right waste removal solution for their projects.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Sales

• Answer incoming calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries
• Help customers choose the right dumpster for their project
• Schedule deliveries and pickups
• Explain our services, pricing, and what makes us different
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
• Work closely with our dispatch and operations team

Administrative Support

• Prepare and maintain accurate customer files and job records
• Process customer payments and assist with billing
• Send customer notifications, confirmations, and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
• Ensure paperwork and electronic records are complete and organized
• Assist with filing and other day-to-day administrative tasks
• Support dispatch and operations by keeping customer information accurate and up to date
