Business Development Manager – New Business
Mojo Dojo is a digital marketing agency and Google Premier Partner. We help businesses grow through SEO, Google Ads and websites. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to win new clients and grow with us.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract
- Build your pipeline from warm leads in our database, plus your own prospecting
- Run discovery meetings to understand each client’s goals and challenges
- Qualify opportunities and recommend the right mix of our services
- Write and present proposals that solve real business problems
- Build lasting relationships with the clients you bring on
- Hit and beat your monthly and quarterly targets
What you’ll bring
- A track record in sales or business development, ideally B2B
- Confidence presenting and negotiating, in person and online
- Clear, professional writing, especially by email
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise a busy pipeline
- Drive to win new business and hit your KPIs
- A genuine interest in people and their businesses
You don’t need digital marketing experience. We’ll teach you the product.
