Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer to support a team working on a Medicaid Services data warehouse. This role is ideal for a developer with strong Power BI development skills and exceptional front-end design capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, polished, and user-friendly Power BI reports. Beyond report development, this individual will establish reusable report design templates and ensure consistency across future reporting initiatives.

We are looking for a true “Power BI Artist” who combines technical expertise with a strong design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards supporting Medicaid Services data warehouse initiatives.
• Apply advanced formatting techniques to create professional, visually consistent, and easy-to-navigate reports.
• Maintain consistent fonts, colors, layouts, spacing, and visual elements across all reports.
• Ensure all reports adhere to established agency branding, formatting standards, and style guide requirements.
• Create standardized report templates and design guidelines to support consistency and efficiency across future development.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that meet business and stakeholder needs.
• Review reports for visual accuracy, formatting consistency, usability, and attention to detail.
