Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 15 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Platform Developer with strong expertise in Workday and SAP Ariba integrations to support enterprise ERP modernization and platform development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday, SAP Ariba, and internal/external systems. Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Extend, APIs, and SAP Ariba integration technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, SAP Ariba, and external systems.
• Build and enhance custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba.
• Develop and optimize master data and transactional data integrations.
• Work with Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connectors, Web Services, and Orchestrate.
• Support SAP Ariba integration development using REST APIs, ITK, and configuration management.
• Contribute to SAP Ariba Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption and transition initiatives.
• Work with SAP BTP capabilities, including Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
• Apply software engineering best practices throughout the integration development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations.
• Provide on-call support and resolve integration-related issues.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development and/or SAP Ariba integration development.
• Experience with both Workday and SAP Ariba is required. Strong SAP Ariba integration experience is highly preferred.
• Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and Orchestrate.
• SAP Ariba integration technologies, including REST APIs, ITK, and Configuration Management.
• Strong understanding of web services and API technologies: WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, or Groovy.
• Experience integrating master and transactional data across cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
