Capital Raising Advisor | Venture Fundraising | AI Startup

Dint+ is seeking an experienced Venture Capital Fundraising Advisor to help execute our targeted $17M institutional financing round.

This is not a traditional CFO or accounting position. We are specifically looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of helping technology companies raise institutional capital and an active network of relevant investors.

What we’re looking for

• Direct experience raising capital for technology, AI, SaaS, consumer-tech, fintech, or other high-growth companies

• Demonstrated relationships with venture capital firms, family offices, growth investors, strategic investors, and/or other institutional capital sources

• Experience making qualified investor introductions and helping founders navigate fundraising processes

• Ability to help position Dint+, refine the financing strategy, prepare for investor conversations, and support diligence and closing

• A verifiable track record: candidates should be prepared to discuss companies/transactions they have worked on, approximate amounts raised, financing stages, and their specific role

• Ability to outline a realistic 30–90 day fundraising strategy

Engagement

The initial position is an equity-based strategic advisory role , with equity subject to vesting and contribution. The relationship may expand as Dint+ grows and completes its financing.

We are targeting approximately $17M in institutional financing to fund the company’s next stage of growth.

Important: We are looking for someone who has personally participated in successful capital raises and can bring meaningful fundraising expertise and investor access—not simply general financial-management experience.
