The Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ailo Experienced Property Management Assistant to support our Australian client.

This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in Australian property management who is confident using Ailo and understands the day-to-day processes involved in supporting a property management team.

You will work closely with Property Managers and provide administrative support across properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, inspections, and general property management tasks.

What you will be doing

• Enter and maintain accurate property, tenant, lease, and invoice information in Ailo and other systems
• Assist with lease renewals and property listings
• Process and manage rental applications
• Follow up on rent arrears and assist with tenant communications
• Log, track, and coordinate maintenance requests
• Organise routine inspections and assist Property Managers with scheduling
• Assist with day-to-day property management administration
• Follow established office processes and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the property management team as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in Australian property management or real estate administration
• Hands-on experience using Ailo is essential
• Strong understanding of Australian property management processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable working with Australian clients
