Job Description

Sistrunk Global LLC is hiring remote customer service representatives to provide inbound phone support for Carnival Cruise Line guests and travel agents.

Responsibilities include answering questions about cruise reservations, destinations, ship amenities, and travel services, resolving customer concerns, and documenting calls.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–9:30 PM ET
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET

Weekend Requirement: Minimum 5 hours on Saturday, Sunday, or a combination of both. Scheduling is subject to client needs.

Pay and Certification

• Additional incentives may be available.
• Free virtual certification beginning November 16, 2026.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Actual agent compensation and applicable business fees will be disclosed before enrollment.

Computer and Equipment Requirements

• Windows 11, fully updated with no pending updates (Thinscale requirement).
• Minimum monitor resolution: 1280 × 1024.
• Dual monitors recommended but not required.
• Hardwired Ethernet internet connection.
• USB noise-cancelling headset.
• Working webcam.

IMPORTANT: WEBCAM MUST BE ON DURING CLASS. A DAILY PC SCAN IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS CERTIFICATION.

Background Check and ID Verification

BACKGROUND CHECK AND PHOTO ID VERIFICATION ARE REQUIRED.
