Job Description
The Role
Turn free-guide subscribers into paying members of the Gentlemen’s Society community ($49/month). You’ll reach out to people who downloaded our free materials, start real conversations, and guide them into the community. Earn $10/conversion and if you get more than 8 people per day, compensation doubles for all - $20/conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Message and call new free-guide leads as soon as they opt-in
- Learn what each man is struggling with and show how the community helps
- Answer questions and handle objections on price, time, and “will this work for me?”
- Walk members through sign-up and make sure they log in and get started
- Follow up with leads who go quiet
- Log every lead and outcome in the CRM
- Pass strong, high-intent members to the team for coaching offers
- Hit weekly targets: leads contacted, conversations held, members joined
Requirements
- Experience in sales, setting, customer support, or community management
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach by phone, text, and DM
- Friendly, direct communicator who listens well
- At ease talking about confidence, dating, and relationships without judgment
- Organized and self-driven, with reliable internet
Nice to have: experience with subscription or membership products
