Entry-Level Financial Services Representative

1099 Independent Contractor Commission-Based Part-Time / Full-Time

We are growing our team and seeking individuals who want to help families better understand their financial options. No previous financial services experience is required. We cover required schooling, state fees, and licensing costs.

Overview

As a financial representative, you will meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial needs and educate them about appropriate insurance and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with prospective clients
• Identify clients’ financial needs and goals
• Educate individuals and families on financial concepts
• Present appropriate insurance and financial solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Complete required training and licensing
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Follow applicable industry and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must reside in the United States
• Must satisfy applicable background and licensing requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based position. Compensation is based on individual production and performance. There is no guaranteed salary or wage.
