Fortified Prep Solutions is looking for motivated individuals ready to learn the tax industry and make money. Whether you’re experienced or have absolutely no experience, we’re willing to train you.

Compensation:

• 60% commission on qualifying paid tax preparation fees
• Independent contractor (1099) position
• You get paid for the work you complete.
• No hourly pay or guaranteed salary
• Earnings depend on your client volume and completed, paid returns.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Requirements:

• Must attend Wednesday and Sunday Zoom trainings.
• Must obtain a valid IRS PTIN.
• Must be willing to market yourself and attract clients.
• Must be coachable, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Must complete required training and follow IRS regulations.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must sign a one-year independent contractor agreement.
• Must be serious about building your clientele.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for individuals who are serious about learning the tax industry and making money. Experience is NOT required. We provide the training, software, mentorship, and resources needed to get started.

However, you must be willing to put in the work. We can teach you how to prepare taxes, but you must be willing to market yourself and bring in clients.
