Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing a specialty technical pre-sales or solutions team with a track record of meeting key objectives
• 7+ years in cloud, platform engineering, IT operations, or automation architecture
• 7-10 years of technical sales industry experience or equivalent
• Cloud, FinOps, or AI governance certifications; hands-on experience deploying production agentic systems

Other Work Experience

• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
• Understanding of WWT business functions and organization, including Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, Services, and GS&A
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of agent frameworks and orchestration patterns (MCP, multi-agent architectures, tool use), and of the major agent platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience with AIOps, observability, identity and access management, and policy tooling as applied to autonomous agents, including consumption-based and token pricing models
• Demonstrated partner relationship management with leading hyperscaler and AI platform OEMs
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent technical solutions to C-level audiences
• Pipeline management and analysis using Salesforce, Tableau, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performance teams
• Remote work experience with Webex, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools

Up to 40% of the time

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
