Job Description
AI Project Management Role:
Remote
The clients we serve operate in healthcare and finance verticals and serve real-time communications services (telephony, sms, rcs) with AI-Native solutions baked in. Highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Owns delivery. Build and maintain project plans, execution milestones, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams.
· Drives AI product roadmap initiatives from definition through delivery, tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions.
· Translates in both directions. Sit between engineers and non-technical stakeholders — turn technical constraints into business language and business needs into actionable engineering work.
· Coordinates and facilitate. Run the working cadence: standups, planning, status, escalation. Chase the blockers before they become slips.
· Engage executives. Report status credibly to senior client stakeholders, including bad news, early.
· Advises. Contribute technology consulting and delivery guidance grounded in how these systems actually, get built and operated.
