Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team. You’ll be the frontline voice of our company, helping clients, answering questions, and making sure everyone who reaches out has a great experience.

If you like solving problems, enjoy talking to people, and want a hands-on role that blends support, basic tech help, and client communication, this paid position is a great fit.

What you’ll actually do every day:

• Help customers across all channels: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats, keeping your tone warm, clear, and helpful.
• Solve everyday issues: Walk customers through product questions, help with order processing and billing, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Follow up: Make outbound calls to check in on customer requests, collect feedback, or let clients know about relevant products and services.
• Keep records organized: Input customer data, notes, and updates accurately into Microsoft Office and our account systems.
• Process payments: Handle cash, payments, and refunds quickly and accurately.
• Work with the team: Collaborate with teammates to dig into trickier customer issues and find practical solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Clear communication: Strong spoken and written English skills (if you’re bilingual, that’s a huge plus!).
• Relevant experience: Background in customer service, call centers, or sales is a big help.
• Solid computer skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, customer management tools, and learning new software quickly.
• Good under pressure: Able to handle busy phone lines and multi-task while keeping a calm, positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented: Careful and accurate when entering data, handling cash, or updating account details.
• Practical problem solver: Able to walk users through basic tech troubleshooting step-by-step.

Pay: $26.81 - $35.47 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
