Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager – Remote

The Company:
Do you have insurance and customer service experience and are ready to be an asset to a team? If so, we are looking for YOU!! We are seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant to temporarily join a stellar insurance company in Southern California.
Your Position:
- Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, and team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies
- Respond to clients by email, and phone, in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer files and database
What we need from you:
- Experienced - You have customer service experience in the insurance space and are proficient with EPIC
- License - P&C license is required
- Knowledgeable - You are knowledgeable of insurance terminology
- Work Ethic - Go above and beyond with excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
