Frontline Telehealth is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in Texas to join our team on a flexible, contract basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a PA who enjoys their current position but is looking to earn extra income. With flexible scheduling and a preference for weekday morning or afternoon availability, this role offers an opportunity to supplement your income while maintaining your existing career and personal commitments. Weekend availability is also welcomed for candidates whose schedules allow.

Position Overview

As a contracted Physician Assistant, you will provide telehealth services and support our commitment to accessible, quality patient care. We are looking for someone with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to accommodate scheduled patient visits.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, making it a great fit for a healthcare professional seeking additional work and supplemental income while maintaining their primary employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth consultations and patient care within the scope of licensure and applicable regulations.
• Assess patient concerns and review relevant medical histories.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide patient education as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members.
• Follow applicable Texas telehealth regulations and patient privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Texas.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification, as applicable to practice requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability, preferably weekday mornings or afternoons.
• Weekend availability is a plus but is not required.
