Our client, a global financial services consultancy, is seeking a senior graphic designer focused on social and paid media campaigns. The position offers hybrid work near specified offices, with an initial in-office presence on Day 1 and as needed.

Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Consult with internal clients to conceptualize and execute social and paid media design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and co-develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design clear and visually compelling pitches, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Mentor creative project team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting skill development.
• Manage multiple projects by creating timelines, estimates, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Creative digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills, especially in social and paid media campaigns.
• Five-plus years of experience as a senior graphic designer with social and paid media expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong ability to develop creative briefs, mood boards, and lead ideation sessions with clients and colleagues.
