Job Description
Threshold Brands, backed by private equity, is a powerhouse multi-brand franchisor boasting over $375 million in annual system-wide sales. Our impressive portfolio of 10 brands is dedicated to enhancing homeowners’ lives. Among our standout brands are MaidPro, Men in Kilts Window Cleaning, PestMaster, USA Insulation, Plumbing Paramedics, Heating & Air Paramedics, Granite Garage Floors, Sir Grout, Mold Medics, and Miracle Method.
Job Description:
About the role
You’ll own the websites for our franchise brands (MaidPro, Miracle Method, Men In Kilts and others), including hundreds of local office pages. That covers keeping pages accurate, monitoring for problems, project managing website launches, and making sure analytics tracking works so franchise owners and our team can trust the numbers.
The sites run on a managed multi-location CMS, so this is not a developer role. You own the relationship with our web agency, which handles code and site builds; our tech team handles web forms and CRM connections. You find issues, give the right team a clear request with the evidence, and verify the fix.
This is an AI-first role. One person covers hundreds of pages across several brands by using AI for audits, diagnosis, and documentation, and by checking its work before anything goes live.
What you’ll do
Websites
- Website quality: make sure every office page is accurate (address, phone, hours, service area, photos, offers) and works: links, redirects, forms and mobile layout. Run regular site audits and track fixes to completion.
- Monitoring: watch uptime, page speed, Search Console errors, broken links and 404s. Catch problems before franchisees or customers do.
- Site updates: publish and edit pages in the CMS, launch pages for new offices, and redirect or retire pages when offices close or merge.
- Website standards across brands: one set of rules for templates, redirects, error pages, page speed, accessibility and structured data that every brand and the agency follow.
- Website launch projects: project manage brand site launches and office launches: plan, backlog, owner and timeline for each, from requirements and content handoff through redirects, tracking QA and launch day, so no new site loses leads or rankings. Report status so nothing stalls.
- Web agency: be the agency’s day-to-day owner. Write clear requests for code and template changes, prioritize them, check the work before it goes live, and hold the agency to agreed timelines, scope and budget.
- Conversion: work with the web agency to test and improve quote forms, calls to action and page layouts, using real data to decide what to change and checking the results.
Analytics and tracking
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager for every brand: properties, data streams, user access, key-event definitions, and one tagging standard across all office pages.
- Data quality: check office-level numbers against brand-level numbers, spot drops in leads or engagement within days, and fix the cause.
- Integration issues: when leads or data stop flowing between the website, ad platforms, Google Business Profile tools and the brands’ CRMs, find where the break is, brief the tech team with the evidence, then verify the fix.
- Third-party scripts: ad pixels (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Microsoft), review and pop-up widgets, and cookie consent. Keep what’s needed, remove what isn’t, and make sure consent is respected.
How you work
- AI-first: use AI tools to audit pages, investigate tracking and integration problems, draft page updates and agency requests, and write runbooks. Build reusable prompts and checklists so the work scales across brands, and verify AI output before it reaches a live site or a franchisee.
- Vendors: open support tickets and follow them through to a fix.
- Explain the data: answer franchisee and team questions like “why does my GA4 show zero?” in plain language.
- Document everything: runbooks for new offices, site updates, tagging changes and common fixes.
Experience and Background Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in website management, digital analytics, website operations, digital marketing operations, or a related field.
- Website Management: Experience managing website content through a content management system (CMS), including page updates, quality assurance, troubleshooting, redirects, and website launches….
