Independent Sales Representative - Local Business Website Sales

We are looking for a motivated sales representative to sell professionally built websites to established local service businesses, starting with locksmith companies.

The product is already built and ready to demonstrate. There is no need to design websites, manage developers, or provide technical support.

Our turnkey locksmith website package sells for $6,500 and includes a complete mobile-friendly website, multiple service pages, Rank Math SEO optimization, and customization for the purchasing business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with business owners, building relationships, and earning commissions from completed sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contact local locksmith businesses and introduce our website package.
• Find business owners interested in getting more direct customer calls.
• Visit businesses in person, make phone calls, and follow up with prospects.
• Show prospective buyers the completed website.
• Explain the benefits of owning a professional website and reducing dependence on paid lead services.
• Discuss pricing and available financing options with qualified buyers.
• Answer basic questions and help interested customers move toward purchasing.
• Maintain records of sales leads and customer conversations.
• Coordinate completed sales with the website owner for customization and delivery.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, especially direct sales or business-to-business sales.
• Comfortable approaching small business owners in person or over the phone.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Able to work independently and follow up with potential customers.
• Comfortable using a phone, email, and basic online tools.
• No website development or coding experience required.
• Experience selling advertising, websites, home services, or other business services is a plus.

Compensation

Commission-based sales opportunity.

• Website selling price: $6,500
• Commission: 15% per completed sale
• Earnings: $975 per completed sale
• Flexible schedule
• Sales materials and completed website demonstration provided
• Opportunity to earn additional commissions as more websites become available
