Are you a dynamic designer with a passion for transforming business strategy into clear, compelling creative that drives action? This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing marketing assets across a diverse range of touchpoints. You will be instrumental in shaping visual narratives that engage audiences and achieve strategic goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring complex ideas to life. This is not merely a production role; it demands strong conceptual thinking, sophisticated visual judgment, and the ability to own projects from initial direction through final delivery, ensuring consistently high standards of craft.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and execute high-impact presentation decks, sales enablement one-pagers, integrated campaigns, email, web graphics, and ad hoc marketing assets across digital, print, social, web, events, and sales enablement touchpoints.
• Translate business strategy, complex information, and approved briefs into clear visual stories that engage the audience and drive a defined action.
• Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, product marketers, and other stakeholders to strengthen ideas, identify gaps, and recommend effective creative solutions.
• Own projects from initial direction through final delivery, managing multiple priorities, communicating risks early, and maintaining a consistently high standard of craft.
• Present creative rationale, respond constructively to feedback, and prepare accurate, production-ready files, templates, and handoffs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual, brand, or marketing design, supported by a strong portfolio covering digital, email, web graphics, one-pagers, presentation decks, and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and high proficiency in Figma.
• Strong command of visual storytelling, typography, composition, hierarchy, information design, and data visualization.
• The ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives, audience needs, brand standards, channel requirements, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, proactive communication, and reliable follow-through, including the ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions, navigate stakeholder feedback, and protect the clarity and quality of the work.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Strong proficiency or experience in presentation design.
• Experience in B2B, technology, e-commerce, or another complex enterprise environment.
• Experience designing executive, sales, pitch, keynote, or event presentations and translating campaign concepts across multiple channels.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or dynamic presentation design.
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools responsibly to support concepting, production, or versioning.
