Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license.

Minimum of two years experience in an insurance agency.

Strong command of agency management systems like Applied Epic or similar platforms.

Clear and friendly verbal communication skills for phone and email interactions.

Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while assisting clients.

Detail-oriented approach to reviewing policy documents and endorsements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions about coverage and billing with warmth and clarity.

Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

Review incoming carrier correspondence to ensure our client files are always up to date and correct.

Proactively assist clients in identifying gaps in their current coverage to ensure they are properly protected.

Collaborate with our sales team to transition new business into our service model smoothly.

Document all client interactions in the system to maintain a seamless history of service.
