Remote Customer Service Representative / 1099 Independent Contractor

*Location- Georgia (including Atlanta metropolitan area). Must live and reside in Georgia (Georgia Residents Only). United States Citizen

*Seeking motivated, self-reliant Independent Contractors. Provide exceptional customer service, sales, or technical support for Fortune 500 companies .

*Service various elite client program. Includes major airlines, top-tier cruise lines, leading roadside assistance companies, medical, financial and well-known retail brands (position responsibilities may vary by client).

*Experience: Prior customer service, call center, or tech support experience a plus but not required.

*Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer service calls, chats, or emails professionally including:

-Assist customers with reservations, account inquiries, billing issues, order placements, or basic troubleshooting.

-Deliver high-quality service while meeting client-specific performance metrics (KPIs).

-Maintain a distraction-free workspace to ensure absolute data privacy and professionalism.

*Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age.\nExcellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong computer literacy and navigation skills across multiple digital platforms.\nPrior customer service, call center, or tech support experience is a plus, but not required

*Technical & Home Office Requirements

minimum specifications:

-Computer: A dedicated desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or Windows I1. (Macs are allowed by only a small subset of clients).

-Internet: High-speed hardwired internet connection via Ethernet cable (No \Wi-Fi or satellite internet)

-Peripherals: A dedicated USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

-Security: Must pass a standard background check and a digital PC scan to ensure network
