Remote Real Estate Closing Assistant
Full-Time | Remote (U.S.)

Signature Home Buyers is looking for an organized, self-motivated Remote Real Estate Closing Assistant to support our transaction team and help keep real estate deals moving smoothly from contract through closing, all from your home office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with real estate, title, legal, mortgage, or transaction experience who works well independently and wants to grow into a larger transaction-management role.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with active real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Track important dates, title work, payoffs, inspections, documents, and closing requirements
• Follow up by phone, email, and text with attorneys, title companies, lenders, agents, sellers, and internal team members
• Update transaction information and tasks in our CRM
• Prepare, organize, and track contracts and transaction documents digitally
• Schedule appointments, inspections, and closings
• Confirm required documents and information have been received
• Communicate updates to the team and flag missing items or potential delays
• Support the Transaction Coordinator with day-to-day transaction management
• Help ensure every file stays organized and every deadline is met

What We’re Looking For

• Real estate experience is highly preferred
• Transaction coordination, title, legal, mortgage, brokerage, or real estate investing experience is a strong plus
• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time without direct supervision
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple files and deadlines at once
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Proactive and willing to ask questions, solve problems, and follow through
• Dependable, responsive, and team-oriented

Remote Requirements

• Available and responsive during normal business hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• A computer capable of running our CRM, video calls, and document tools
• Comfortable communicating frequently with the team via phone, chat, and video
• Open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

Remote experience is a plus. Candidates with direct real estate transaction experience will be strongly preferred.
