Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
Ace Robbins is seeking a friendly, organized, and focused Customer Service Representative to help customers with questions, service needs, scheduling and account support. This role supports our fuel and HVAC operations as well as appliance sales. You will work with customers and teammates across departments to keep information moving, coordinate next steps and provide a helpful, reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, service requests, appointments, delivery or service scheduling, and general customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Support appliance sales by answering customer questions, providing product information and availability, coordinating orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with fuel, HVAC, appliance sales and service, dispatch, billing and other internal teams to help resolve customer needs.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding company products, services, and promotions.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and effective problem-solving.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, administrative, retail sales support or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and helpful, professional approach to customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, email systems, and customer management software.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
