Lead FS (Golang/React) Developer with AI [3uc78]

We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our team building a state-of-the-art SaaS insurance fraud detection platform. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on technical leadership, AI integration, and high-performance architecture.

This project focuses on driving innovation to combat insurance fraud through data-driven solutions. You will own the technical roadmap for a high-performing platform, ensuring it remains scalable, configurable, and intelligent enough to exceed global client expectations.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be the visionary for a cross-functional development team. You will balance hands-on engineering in Golang and React with strategic mentoring, ensuring the delivery of modular features while integrating advanced AI capabilities to enhance fraud detection accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Technical Strategy: Own the end-to-end technical roadmap, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability and multi-tenant configurability.
• Lead & Mentor: Supervise and review the work of a distributed full-stack team, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and shared ownership.
• Architect AI Solutions: Partner with data science teams to integrate GenAI and advanced analytics into the platform to automate fraud detection.
• Optimize Performance: Oversee PostgreSQL management and SQL Optimization while ensuring high-speed inter-service communication via gRPC.
• Ensure Code Quality: Establish rigorous standards for security, reliability, and maintainability through comprehensive code reviews and automated testing.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact between global teams (US, EU, India) to align roadmaps and accelerate delivery velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise in Golang and React/TypeScript within cloud-native environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring cross-functional, remote development teams.
• Strong background in database management, including complex PL/SQL and performance tuning.
• Prior experience in FinTech or Insurance Fraud business cases is highly preferred.
