Role/Responsibilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross functionally in a large organization
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive issues to a clear conclusion
• Ability to work with cross functional teams including external vendors
• Ability to work with internal and external teams in resolving customer issues
• Ability to pay attention to details and track customer issues to closure
• Experience in trouble ticket systems.
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Experience in areas of networking, DNS, virtual private networks and their application to PaaS and IaaS technologies
• Experience with Storage technologies (GCP or equivalent)
• 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Own customer technical issues from initial investigation through resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Linux, networking, DNS, VPN, cloud infrastructure, and storage.
• Work with Engineering, Support, Operations, external vendors, and customers to resolve complex issues.
• Manage escalations and provide clear, timely customer updates.
• Track incidents using trouble-ticketing systems and drive them to closure.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: 69,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: 128,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
