Duties

• Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on their requirements.
• Assist in outside sales efforts by meeting with clients in person to discuss coverage options.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance outreach efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance products to effectively communicate with clients.
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication for all customers.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze client information and provide tailored recommendations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
