Financial Services Assistant – Entry Level

Duties

• Support outside sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and assisting in client outreach initiatives.
• Conduct retail sales activities, including presenting financial products and explaining benefits to customers.
• Assist with negotiation processes to help secure favorable terms for clients and the company.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing transactions, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and maintaining accurate records.
• Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in benefits administration for health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance products.
• Analyze client needs using analysis skills to recommend suitable insurance or financial solutions aligned with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively.
• Previous experience or knowledge in retail sales, outside sales, or insurance sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for data management and client tracking.
• Basic understanding of insurance regulation, including health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions confidently.
• Knowledge of health insurance, commercial insurance products, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $25.61 - $30.84 per hour
