As our network continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our provider team as an independent contractor.
Position Overview
This is a fully remote, flexible 1099 opportunity providing Good Faith Exams for patients seeking treatments at medical spas and aesthetic practices.
You will review relevant patient information, conduct a brief telehealth clinical evaluation, and determine whether the patient is medically appropriate for the requested treatment.
Most exams are straightforward and typically take approximately 1–2 minutes to complete.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Good Faith Exams through our secure, fully remote platform.
- Review patient medical history and relevant health information.
- Complete brief telehealth clinical assessments.
- Determine whether patients are medically appropriate candidates for requested treatments.
- Document exam findings and clinical determinations appropriately.
- Practice within the scope of your North Carolina licensure and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain professional and timely communication when interacting with patients.
Compensation
- $8 per completed Good Faith Exam
- 1099 independent contractor position

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Alabama or Louisiana NP/PA license
- Ability to provide telehealth services in accordance with AL & LA requirements
- Active professional malpractice/liability insurance
- Strong current clinical knowledge and independent clinical judgment
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Professional and patient-friendly communication skills
