AI Training Consultant Type: Part-Time Contract

Overview We are seeking experienced AI and automation practitioner-trainers to provide advanced training and advisory support to small groups of AI power users. This is not introductory software training. Consultants will combine discovery, curriculum development, hands-on technical expertise, and training delivery.

Opportunities are available across three specialty areas:

• Claude Advanced / Claude Code
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Power Automate

Candidates may specialize in one area or have experience across multiple technologies.

Engagement Structure

The consultant will work remotely on a flexible, part-time basis.

Responsibilities may include:

• Meeting with stakeholders and AI power users to understand needs and use cases
• Assessing skill levels and identifying practical applications
• Developing customized training, presentations, demonstrations, or workshop materials
• Delivering approximately 1-3 remote training/workshop sessions
• Providing practical guidance based on real-world implementation experience
• The engagement is designed to fit around an existing full-time role, with approximately 10-15 hours per training area spread flexibly over several weeks or months.

Claude Advanced Trainer / Consultant We are seeking an experienced Claude practitioner who can help advanced AI users move beyond basic prompting into more sophisticated applications.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Lead discovery discussions and assess advanced Claude use cases
• Develop and deliver customized advanced training
• Provide guidance on Claude Code, workflows, and business applications
• Help users incorporate Claude into more sophisticated business processes
• Advanced hands-on Claude and Claude Code experience
• Experience with enterprise AI use cases, training, consulting, or facilitation
• Ability to train users across business functions including HR, legal, marketing, learning, and IT

Copilot Studio Trainer / Consultant We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio practitioner who can train advanced users to build, configure, deploy, and manage enterprise AI agents.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Lead discovery sessions to identify potential agent use cases

Explain Copilot Studio architecture, agents, triggers, and integrations

Teach users how to build, configure, deploy, and manage agents

Facilitate hands-on agent-building workshops

Develop training based on practical organizational use cases

Strong hands-on Copilot Studio and AI agent development experience

Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

Training, consulting, facilitation, or advisory experience

Power Automate Trainer / Business Analyst Consultant We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Automate practitioner who combines technical automation expertise with business analysis and training capabilities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Facilitate process discovery and requirements-gathering discussions
• Assess business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Translate business requirements into Power Automate solutions
• Develop and deliver customized training and workshops
• Teach users how to design and build effective workflows
• Advanced hands-on Power Automate experience
• Business analysis, process improvement, or workflow assessment experience
• Hands-on automation implementation and training experience

Ideal Candidate The strongest candidates are practitioners who train, rather than trainers who only deliver prepared materials. Candidates should be comfortable leading discovery sessions, identifying use cases, creating customized content, facilitating interactive workshops, and demonstrating real-world solutions.
