• Scheduling and managing pickups
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions.
• Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.

Qualifications
