Job Description
- Strong Core Java and J2EE fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with JBoss EAP or WildFly.
- Production support, application troubleshooting, JVM issues, logs, and deployments.
- Strong Linux/Unix commands and SQL; Oracle preferred.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and XML.
- Experience with IBM MQ or other enterprise messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of SFTP, file transfers, batch processing, and EDI/B2B integration.
- Exposure to Axway B2Bi, IBM ITXA, Sterling Integrator, Dynatrace, or Nagios.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot Java applications, JBoss middleware, integrations, databases, and production issues.
- Strong hands-on L2/L3 production support experience with a focus on root cause analysis, service restoration, and preventive fixes.
