Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, backend development, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects end to end, communicating effectively with business stakeholders, and delivering solutions with minimal supervision.

Important Requirements:

• Candidates must be available on the vendor’s own bench.
• EPFO/UAN is not required.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and handover.
• Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and backend technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Develop and deploy Power Apps Code Apps integrated with Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom APIs, and AI agents.
• Design and develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors.
• Build AI agents and MCP servers to securely integrate business applications and data.
• Use AI coding tools to improve development, testing, and documentation efficiency.
• Follow ALM and DevOps practices using Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI.
• Conduct demonstrations and provide project updates to business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with at least one backend technology: C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Good knowledge of REST API development and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience developing AI agents or LLM-powered features integrated with business applications.
• Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or integrating MCP servers.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools for coding and testing.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
